How do I place an order? The Favor Shop is an online store that is conveniently open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We update our site daily, eliminating the need for printed catalogs. All items are priced in US Dollars. We are located in the United States and ship within the US and Canada only. Shopping cart: To place an order on our website, please use our secure, on-line shopping cart. Simply, click on the item you want and add it to your cart. When you have completed browsing through our various collection of favors and gifts, click on the checkout button on the shopping cart page. Billing Address: This address is where your credit card statement/bill is sent. For your security, we verify that the Billing Address you give us matches the address where your credit card bill is sent. If a match is not established, we will contact you for further information. Shipping Address: This is where your order will be shipped. This is an address where someone will be available to receive your package. Sorry, no PO Boxes. Telephone Number and E-mail Address: This information is needed in case we have a question regarding your order. All orders shipped within New York State are subject to NY sales tax. *Please note: We do our best to portray our products in our images and descriptions. Favors and Gifts: Most items are in-stock and are ready to ship within 3-6 business days from the day it is ordered (except when posted, check processing orders and shipping). Some products, such as personalized and imprinted bud vases, glass votive holders, etc., will be shipped between 2-3 weeks from the order date. Items marked "clearance" are limited in quantity. Once they have sold out, they will no longer be available.
Please Note: We do our best to ensure that the items we display on our website are in-stock at our warehouse and are ready to be shipped to you. Periodically, popular items become temporarily out of stock without warning. If this occurs with an item you have ordered, you will be notified immediately. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We do not require a minimum order on many items found here at The Favor Shop. We understand that you may want to compare favors before buying a large quantity of only one kind. However, some favors and gifts may have minimum order requirements. These include but are not limited to hand-crafted candle favors, edible and drink favors, personalized favors, and favors with personalized tags. Please check each item's Minimum Order requirement which is listed within the product's description. How long does it take to process and ship my order? Most orders are being shipped within 3-6 business days from the day the order is placed. This means that your order will ship after 3-6 business days form when it is placed. Other orders may take longer as noted under each item's description. These include but are not limited to personalized items and/or items with personalized tags. After it is shipped, delivery time for all orders depends on your location and can take an additional 1 to 8 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. We ship from multiple locations across the Unites States. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. We do not allow pick-ups at this time. Most orders will be shipped via UPS. You can choose to expedite the shipment of your order by choosing UPS 2nd Day or Overnight. Orders Shipping to Canada: When placing your order, please note that the shipping fee will be added to your final invoice and may be charged separately. Therefore, you may see two charges from our company, The Favor Shop Inc. on your credit card statement. The first charge will be for the order's subtotal and the second for the shipping fee. The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees that may be charged by the selected shipping carrier. These may include, but are not limited to, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage charges and other fees. The purchaser should contact their local customs office before ordering to understand these charges. The purchaser is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Address Corrections: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. The customer is responsible. It is your responsibility to give us complete and correct addresses. If an address correction is necessary, you will be charged $10 for the correction for each box. The shipping services charge for all address corrections, such as but is not limited to suite or apartment numbers, street directions (N, W, E, S), etc. Any changes that must be made to the ship-to address will incur a charge, so please make sure that you give us the correct address. The card on file will be charged. Important: Once we give your order to the shipper is becomes your property and transfer of responsibility goes to you. You should provide a shipping address where there is someone to receive the package. We cannot control the shipping companies and we are not employed by them. If a driver thinks that it is safe to leave a package without a signature of the customer, then they will. So if you don't want to assume the responsibility of stolen packages, etc., please provide an address where there is someone to receive the package, such as work, or a neighbor etc. Can I change or cancel my order? Orders cannot be changed nor canceled once they are confirmed because we immediately begin to process and fill them as soon as they are received.
What is your return policy? We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you need to return something, please send an email to sales@thefavorshop.com or call us at 888-611-2811 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return (within 7 days from the day the order was delivered to you). We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the merchandise is in its original, unused condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. Any items that are returnable are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on any personalized or customized item, items with or purchased with personalized tags or labels, edible products, or on clearance, discontinued, or final sale items. We also cannot accept returns on hand-crafted items or candles. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer. Any accepted returns must be on the complete order. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.

Claim(s) for Damaged, Missing, or Defective Products
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional
damage is inevitable. We send you replacements or issue credit, but please
allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service.

claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with
The Favor Shop Inc. within 5 days of receiving your order (within 5 days
from the day your order was delivered to you). Please call us at
888-611-2811 or email us at sales@thefavorshop.com to initiate a claim. You must provide us with Photos to show damages. Once photos are reviewed we
will ship out replacements or issue credit. Please e-mail photos along with
your order number to sales@thefavorshop.com.
We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the
replacements in time for your affair. SORRY, NO DAMAGE CLAIMS
WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.
If your claim is accepted and replacements will be shipped, please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service or by the original method of shipping chosen when the original order was placed. We cannot be responsible for any air charges or upgrade charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair. It may be necessary for us to schedule a pickup of the original items before replacements are shipped to you. Furthermore, if your claim is accepted, we send a onetime replacement.
Please note that The Favor Shop Inc. is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, and FedEx).
What if my package does not arrive in time for my event due to a UPS, FedEx, or USPS delay? (due to weather, or other unforeseen problems?)
We are not responsible for UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any carrier delays. Please allow extra time to avoid these problems. How do I use my Coupon Code? If you have a Coupon Code, enter the code in the "Coupon Code" box that appears on the shopping cart page before completing your order. Your discount will be taken off the order's subtotal before taxes and shipping fees are added. The discount and your total will appear on your Final Invoice. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Prices All prices are subject to change without notice. Some items may be sale priced for a limited time only. How do chocolate favor orders ship?
Orders Containing Chocolate November – April All orders are shipped UPS ground service unless The Favor Shop Inc. receives specific instructions to upgrade shipping. If an order contains chocolate and is being shipped to a location where the weather may reach 70 degrees F or above, we recommend purchasing insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $7. If UPS ground service is more than 2 days to these locations, we also suggest that your order be shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air. The Favor Shop Inc. will not be held responsible for any melted chocolate unless 2 Day shipping with insulated packaging is used.
May – October To ensure your order arrives in good condition, all orders containing chocolate will be shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $7. In addition, any package that will not arrive in 2 days via UPS Ground will automatically be upgraded to UPS 2nd Day Air (UPS Worldwide Expedited for Canadian orders).
Since chocolate held in shipping depots over the weekend can melt, chocolate orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday from May - October. During these months, we suggest delivery be made to a business address where UPS deliveries occur early in the day. If delivery must be made to a home address, it is best someone is home to receive the package and move it out of the direct sunlight. Disclaimer The Favor Shop Inc. cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping, or natural disasters. Please choose the appropriate UPS shipping method during check out and, if possible, allow extra time to help avoid these issues. Chocolate Bars: In order to ensure a safe arrival to its destination, our chocolate bars will be shipped in a shipping cooler. A $7.00 fee will be added to the shipping cost (for every 72 bars ordered) for this special insulated box (box includes packing, ice packs, and insulation). Each box will up to hold to 72 bars.
